Who am I?

My name is Corina Adriana and I am a freelance School Business Manager. For the last 24 years I have been helping schools with all aspects of school business management as well as project managing the refurbishment and set up of new schools. My experience has ranged from children’s centres, primary, secondary and all-through schools, maintained, academies and free schools as well as an independent college.

Having worked with an international community of clients and staff for almost 2 decades I have developed strong interpersonal communication skills to foster good internal teamwork and management as well as effective working relationships with external stakeholders. I am also an effective negotiator both within and outside the organisation. Founding and developing several organisations/companies from the bottom up, I have coordinated all aspects of my business from finance and budgets to personnel and strategic marketing.
